International Luxury Property Marketing & Business Development Manager (Travel is optional) ----
For the only Industry which is Real - Real Estate.
Equity/Stocks will go up and down, businesses might go bust, but the only thing that remains constant is a need for shelter or a roof for business, which comes in many forms; A Home, an office, Retail (shopping), cinema halls (Multiplex), industrial, warehousing, hospitals, hotels, night clubs/pubs, golf courses are all part of Real Estate. Be a part of a Business which can go through cycles but never out of fashion. No matter which way the property market swings, someone or the other is buying, selling or renting and you can be a part of the business and profit from it.
In these times of slowdown we would like to take the opportunity to scale up our business. Almost everyone today would embrace you if you are able to sell for them. We are on the verge of tying up for a media plan with the Times Group for next 5 years to sell and market National and International Luxury properties. Internationally we are being pushed by developers in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, UK & USA to market their properties since we have the International exposure.

Your job would be to work alongside the management in developing and/or executing laid down strategies from time to time.
Projected Annual Income for the first year - Rs. 3.00 to 5 Lakhs. This is more of a business option as mentioned below wherein Incentives from Property Deals are a sizeable component, for example: in which earns the company Rs.5 00 000/- your Incentives will be 10% . i.e. 50 000/- By the end of three years projected income would be 8 to 10 Lakhs and upwards per annum.
